2.3. Capacity to Contract

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not restricted or prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law. You further warrant that you are not acting under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any substance that impairs your judgment or decision-making capacity when registering or using the Platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. Account Creation

3.3. Account Security and Confidentiality

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify jiji18 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. jiji18 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account use unless such unauthorized access resulted from a proven security breach on the part of jiji18.

3.4. Account Closure and Suspension

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, jiji18 may report relevant information to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jiji18 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1. Deposits

jiji18 accepts deposits via multiple payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported Philippine banks), cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin), and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You agree to deposit only funds that are legally owned by you and that do not originate from illegal or fraudulent sources. jiji18 complies with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit that raises suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

4.2. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

jiji18 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawal requests if there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, collusion, or other violations of these Terms. In such cases, jiji18 will investigate the matter and may request additional documentation from the player before making a final determination.

4.3. Fees and Charges

jiji18 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors, banks, or cryptocurrency networks may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond jiji18's control. You are responsible for any such fees incurred during financial transactions.

4.4. Currency and Exchange Rates

All financial transactions on jiji18 are conducted in Philip pine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds via cryptocurrency, the conversion to PHP will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction, as determined by jiji18's payment processor. jiji18 is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations that affect the PHP value of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1. General Bonus Terms

jiji18 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other promotional benefits are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are distinct from your real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must first be converted to withdrawable funds by completing the applicable wagering requirements. Wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games, and other conditions are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

5.2. Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by jiji18 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms. You must wager the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus the deposit amount) the specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that if you receive a ₱1,000 bonus, you must place bets totaling ₱30,000 before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while table games, live dealer games, and other game types may contribute at lower rates or not at all. 5.3. Bonus Abuse

If jiji18 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel all related winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any account balance. jiji18's determination regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.

5.4. Referral and Affiliate Programs

Any referral or affiliate programs offered by jiji18 are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be provided separately. Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or the creation of fictitious accounts to generate referral rewards are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all associated rewards and the permanent closure of all implicated accounts.

6. Game Rules and Player Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiji18 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without jiji18's prior written consent.

The jiji18 name, logo, and all associated trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of jiji18. Unauthorized use of any jiji18 trademark is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji18, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiji18 Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not jiji18 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jiji18's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to jiji18 in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiji18's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Account Termination

10.1. Termination by jiji18

jiji18 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that jiji18 determines violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, is harmful to jiji18 or its business interests, or for any other reason. Upon termination for cause, jiji18 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including all bonus funds and associated winnings.

10.2. Termination by Player

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting jiji18 customer support and submitting a formal account closure request. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, jiji18 will process any outstanding KYC requirements, settle any pending bets, and return your available real-money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Player Complaints

12. Changes to These Terms

jiji18 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
